Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation (60 minutes)
- Cancellation up to [48] hours before the scheduled appointment: full refund.
- One free rescheduling is possible up to [24] hours before the appointment.
- No refund for later cancellation or no-show.
- If no appointment has been scheduled yet, the order can be cancelled within 14 days of payment.
2. SEO audit
- Cancellation before the analysis has started: full refund.
- After the analysis has started, no refund unless agreed otherwise.
3. Projects (SEO optimisation, websites, development)
For projects the terms on deposit, milestones and cancellation agreed in the individual quote apply.
4. Non-performance by the Provider
If the Provider cannot deliver a paid service, the amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Processing
Refunds are made to the original payment method via the respective payment provider, usually within 5–10 banking days after confirmation. Please send requests including your order number to [email protected].
