Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process in connection with our website and services. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The German version is binding.

2. Data processed and purposes
2.1 Visiting the website (server log files)
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for the secure operation of the website. This data is not combined with other data.
2.2 Contact form and project requests
If you contact us via the contact form or a project request, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and company, country, subject and message in order to answer your request and prepare a quote. To prevent misuse we additionally store a non-reversible hash of your IP address.
2.3 Orders and payments
For orders we process name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and company, country, project description, selected service, amount and payment status for contract processing, accounting and statutory retention obligations.
Payments are processed by the payment service provider Antom. Payment data such as card numbers is entered exclusively on Antom’s checkout page and is never stored on our servers. We transmit to Antom the data required for the payment (order number, amount, currency, e-mail address, name, phone number if provided). Antom’s privacy policy also applies: www.antom.com.
2.4 E-mail communication
Order and payment confirmations and replies to requests are sent by e-mail via our e-mail provider.
3. Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies: one session cookie (rc_session) required to protect the forms (CSRF protection) and to show your order status. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies.
4. Disclosure and transfers abroad
We only disclose personal data where necessary for the purposes described: to our hosting provider, e-mail provider and the payment providers used. Data may also be transferred to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA; in this case we ensure adequate protection, e.g. by standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention
We keep requests for as long as necessary to process them, generally up to 24 months. Order and payment data is retained in accordance with statutory retention obligations (in Switzerland generally 10 years).
6. Data security
The website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
7. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable data protection law you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
8. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
