Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all consulting and services provided by [FIRMENNAME], [ADRESSE], [PLZ] [ORT] (“Provider”) that are ordered via reggioconsulting.com or agreed individually. Deviating terms of the client only apply with the Provider’s written consent.
2. Services
The Provider offers consulting and services in sales, marketing, IT, SEO, web development, finance and administration. The scope results from the service description on the website or the individual quote. Finance consulting relates to operational processes and organisation; it is not investment advice, asset management or a financial service within the meaning of the Swiss FinSA.
3. Conclusion of contract
For fixed-price services (e.g. consultation, SEO audit) the contract is concluded upon completion of the order and successful payment. For services with “from” prices the request is not a binding offer; the contract is concluded only upon acceptance of an individual quote.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). [VAT NOTICE: incl. / excl. VAT or not subject to VAT]. Fixed-price services are paid in advance online via one of the offered payment providers (e.g. Antom, Stripe or PayPal). For projects the payment terms stated in the quote apply.
5. Appointments and cooperation
After payment the Provider contacts the client by e-mail to schedule the appointment. The client provides the information, access and content required in good time.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The refund policy applies.
7. Warranty and liability
The Provider performs its services with due care according to the current state of the art. Consulting services are recommendations; no specific economic result (e.g. revenue or search engine ranking) is owed. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
8. Rights to work results
Upon full payment the client receives the rights of use to the work results required for the agreed purpose. Rights to pre-existing components and open-source software remain reserved.
9. Confidentiality and data protection
Both parties treat confidential information confidentially. The privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is [ORT], to the extent permitted by law.
